I opened Ariana Restaurant with one goal—to share the flavors and traditions of Afghan cuisine with my community. Growing up, meals were more than just food. They were a way to bring people together, to share stories, and to celebrate culture. When I came to Brighton, I wanted to recreate that experience. Inspired by Home, Made for You
Every dish at Ariana is inspired by the home-cooked meals I grew up with. Afghan food is all about simple, homegrown flavors, and I take pride in keeping those traditions alive. At the same time, I love using fresh New England ingredients to bring a modern touch to classic recipes. Whether it’s tender lamb, flavorful vegetables, or perfectly spiced rice, each plate tells a story of Afghanistan’s rich culinary heritage.

At Ariana, everything is made fresh daily. We carefully prepare each dish to bring out the best flavors. Our menu features traditional Afghan meals like Chopan, a marinated grilled rack of lamb served on warm bread, & Korma Challow, a hearty leg of lamb sautéed with vegetables and spices. If you prefer plant-based meals, we also serve a variety of fresh, healthy vegetarian dishes. Pair your meal with a glass of wine from our carefully selected list, & you’ll have a dining experience to remember.
